A centuries-old tradition

The Simoncini family descends from the sculptor Francesco Simoncini and draws its origins from the artistic environment of Renaissance Florence, where they enjoyed the reputation of master sculptors and master founders. For entire generations the Simoncini family has kept alive the best Tuscan artistic traditions by passing on their business from father to son.

In contemporary times Nello Simoncini was a sculptor in Volterra, where, in his workshop he taught sculpture, transmitting to his son Marcello Simoncini his experiences, which allowed the latter to express themselves in a language formed by the different legacies of secular tradition.

Simoncini Studio

The artistic tradition of the Simoncini family is that of the city of Volterra and Tuscany; a rigorous tradition, lucid, pregnant, dating back to the distant origins of Etruscan sculpture before and then Renaissance, to reach today through generations of sculptors who have handed down the art from father to son.

Today this tradition is followed by Paolo Simoncini, son of Marcello, who continues his activity with the brand Simoncini Studio. The current firm produces bronze and brass castings. The production ranges from objects to statues and furnishing accessories, Made in Italy quality.

We’ll be in touch!

From conception, design, creation, packaging and shipping, everything is handmade. For this it is not possible to make a direct purchase, but it is necessary an intermediate passage of communication with the craft-maker; even if only to understand if the objects shown in the catalog meet your requests. Buying an artisan object and being able to communicate directly with the company gives you the opportunity to also ask for a customization of the final object. This doesn’t happen if you buy things done in series! You can write us an email, call us (even a whatsapp message is enough) or even meet us directly in the office.
